Empathy – It’s critical that you show your customers that you understand their pains and frustrations. When we empathize with our customers’ dilemmas, we create a bond of trust. 

Authority – When it comes to establishing trust, they want someone who has the credentials and experience to guide them through it. They need to see that we’ve “been there, done that.”


Your 3-Step Process

What are the three steps your customer can take to do business with you? Keep it simple. Only use a few words for each step.

The goal for the “plan” section of your website is to provide your customer with a simple path that shows how simple it is to do business with you.
